IMPORTANT: 5-HT2A receptor blockade withdrawal and inflammation (Systemic inflammatory response syndrome)
Now, if these 5-HT2A receptors upregulate in body when blocked, then there is probably a chronic inflammation (of cardiovascular tissues) that doesn't go away even when there is no reason for this.Now when 5-HT2A blockade is withdrawn it seems that this causes chronic inflammation and according to wikipedia: "Chronic inflammation is characterised by the dominating presence of macrophages in the injured tissue.These cells are powerful defensive agents of the body, but the toxins they release (including reactive oxygen species) are injurious to the organism's own tissues as well as invading agents. Consequently, chronic inflammation is almost always accompanied by tissue destruction".
That is, your own immune system attacks against you and destroy's you. Now, that could explain problems with blood circulation (damage) caused by my previous withdrawal attempts, as well as blood in stools and symptoms that are similar to sepsis (or septic shock) etc.
Now, it is likely that 5-HT2A receptors do downregulate very slowly so the withdrawal from 5-HT2A blocking drugs must be super slow and other anti-inflammatory agents must be used to help the withdrawal.Morever, the blood in stools is probably due to the fact that majority of serotonin is produced within intestine/guts and when the medicine is withdrawn serotonin hits 5-HT2A receptors in intestine HARD causing deterrioration and damage in guts/intestine (internal bleeding).This should also clearly explain increased urobilingen levels in urine (microcirculation in guts/intestine gets damaged and blood leaks slowly to guts causing bilurubin to urobilingen production).
People how have withdrawn from Seroquel or Doxepin (or Atarax) or any 5-HT2A antagonist all have the same problems of poor health.One have diarrhea etc., another have heart palpitations, someone else have heartburn and other issues.Probably all are caused by bodywise exagerated inflammatory responses (super potent

Faced with a declining sex ratio, the Maharashtra government has cracked down on sonography centres in the State and sealed 282 of them so far.
Public Health Minister SureshВ ShettyВ told the Assembly that of the total 7939 registered sonographyВ centres in Maharashtra, 6517 had been checked so far.The State will implement the Preconception and Prenatal diagnostic techniques (prohibition of sex selection) Act, 1994 in letter and in spirit, Mr.ShettyВ said in response to a notice by ShishirВ ShindeВ of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and others calling his attention to the issue.
The sonography centres will be closely checked over the year and action will be taken against erring doctors.So far there are 182 cases in court, 46 of them had drawn to a close, with 17 convictions.
Mr.Shetty said the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court had ordered speedy disposal of the cases, some of which have been pending for six to eight years now.The aim is to complete them by December 31, 2011.Special lawyers will be appointed in every district for such cases and they will be taken up on priority.

This is the routine my dermatologist recommended and it worked great. It totally changed my acne problem. For good skin try these two products which are not expensive.
-Cetaphil cleanser for normal to oily skin.
-benzoyl peroxide 10% cream.
Here is the rationale behind them: Oil and bacteria are the main causes of acne.Hormones play a lesser role.You can do something about the oil and bacteria with treatments.Try to not get stressed out because that can cause hormonal fluctuations.
1.Cetaphil cleanser doesn't over-dry your skin like a lot of acne soaps do.Over-drying makes the skin produce MORE oil, so acne gets worse in the long run.Cetaphil cleanser sets skin at the right PH
2.A benzoyl peroxide cream is available over the counter in a prescription strength nowadays.A few companies make it.Apply a thin amount to breakouts with a q-tip.This keeps bacteria lower in both the tube and on the pimple.
It's an old wive's tale that what you eat causes acne, unless you get some of grease on your face. More likely is that people tend to eat carbohydrates when they are stressed AND people get acne when they are stressed. One doesn't cause the other, the two just happen to occur at the same time.

First, look at your face and identify the type of acne you have.Red and inflamed, or non-inflammatory acne?There can be many causes for both.Red, inflamed acne is caused by bacteria (inflammation is your bodily response) or irritation.Non-inflammatory acne is caused by cosmetics or just clogged pores.For inflammatory acne, use a good quality Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% gel, which you can get from the drugstore, or you can get better quality cheaper benzoyl peroxide 2.5% from acne.org, if you're willing to order on line.BP kills off P.Acnes, the bacteria that causes inflammatory acne.For inflammatory acne caused by irritation, you need to cut down on irritation.For non-inflammatory acne, I suggest you use 2% salicylic acid; the catch is this--you need something with no alcohol and is pH controlled.The only thing I've found that fits is Paula's Choice.
Salicylic acid basically breaks down oily, sticky gunk in the pores and helps shed dead skin (exfoliation).It will also help to increase absorption of benzoyl peroxide.
I would suggest you switch over to a more gentle face wash (CeraVe foaming facial cleanser) and maybe CeraVe moisturizing lotion (you don't need the face kind.It's just more expensive.this is non-comedogenic).
I also suggest you add antioxidants to your skincare regimen and an AHA treatment.
Be careful about only introducing one treatment at a time.Start off with the thing you need most.Use for 2 or 3 months, get used to it and then add in the next product.(Antioxidants don't count as treatment).
If you have inflammatory acne: start with BP, then add in AHA, and then finally BHA (salicylic acid).
For non-inflammatory acne: start with BHA (salicylic acid) and add in AHA, to prevent wrinkles.
Use jojoba oil or jojoba & Castor oil for make-up removal.You can get jojoba at wh*le foods.
This is what your regimen should look like:
Morning:
1.Wash face, gently with room temperature water (not hot, not warm, not cool, not cold) Don't rub.Foam the cleanser in your hands and gently glide over your face.Then rinse.
2.pat dry
3.apply salicylic acid
4.wait 15 or 20 minutes and apply moisturizer/ antioxidants.
5.Apply sunscreen
Night:
1.apply a mix of a little bit of jojoba oil with some castor oil mixed in.gently, use a washcloth to wipe off.Reapply to get off any additional makeup.This pretty much removes all traces of makeup from your skin.
2.Wash face.See morning routine for directions.
3.pat dry
4.apply benzoyl peroxide if you have red pimples.Make sure you apply a lot in those areas, but very gently, allowing your fingers to glide over skin and allowing the bp to absorb completely.
5.987 Moisturize.
If you're oily, wash gently and frequently throughout the day, being sure to moisturize each time.Oil DOES cause acne, and if you're not using an irritating cleanser, or rubbing your skin, it should benefit you.You might have to take travel bottles of cleanser and moisturizer with you to work or university.Only use salicylic acid in the morning and/or at night, however.
Finally, I suggest that you learn about the skin, its structure, and the treatments used to treat acne.Also learn about the ingredients in cosmetics.Go to cosmeticcop.com to look up ingredients that are good and bad for you.If you understand these things, you'll know how to adjust your regimen to different circumstances, and you'll be less likely to make mistakes!
The keys are to minimize irritation, oil, and acne-causing bacteria!Always keep this in mind.

Sometimes when we are sleeping, I will have to move Mark’s arm that is around me further down on my ribs because there is an area that is tender from when they were broken.В I was thinking about it this morning.В That spot will never go away, is susceptibleВ to re-breakage and forever a reminder of my abuse suffered at the hands of someone who declared to love me.
I don’t think people who can beat you enough to break bones could possibly know what love is.В Here is my remembrance of this particular time.
We had moved from an apartment into a house.В I had made an agreement with the rental manager to clean the house and have it taken off of my deposit.В It was a monumental task.В I was not getting it done as quickly as it was thought that I should.В I was told one morning that I had better have it done when he got home from work or there would be «hell to pay».В I panicked and went to town to try and enlist some help.В He got home before I did.В I called to say what I had been doing and was on my way.
When I arrived, he was hiding behind the door.В As soon as I entered the house, he hit me and knocked me to the ground.В As I lay there holding my face, he began accusing me of all sorts of vile activities while he was gone and proceeded to repeatedly kick me in the legs and ribs.В I screamed in pain with each blow from his work boot.В I cried and pleaded with him to stop.В In his fit of rage he kicked me some more, hit me again and then stormed out the back door.
I pulled myself up from the floor.В My terror and shock overcame the pain for long enough to run out the front door, jump in the truck and speed away.В I heard the tires of the SUV squealing in the gravel behind me but I had the advantage of knowing the area better than he did and got away.
To this day I wonder why I didn’t go straight to the police station that day or any of the other times that I should have.В Why did I allow him to do this to me for 10+ years?В I don’t know.В
Now I see my daughter in my place.В She finally found the courage to tell me and the police what is happening to her and nobody believes her but me, Mark, and the rest of her family on my side and his ex’s.В God help us!
I hope and pray that the man from Protective Services will come to this site and read some of my past articles.В Maybe he will see truth when he reads it.В

FOREIGNERS BESIEGE ZIMBABWE
Minister Mohadi was responding to questions on the influx of foreign nationals from the horn of Africa who are believed to be economic refugees, who have been entering the country as refugees before later leaving for South Africa.
Minister Mohadi explained that the foreign nationals who are often spotted tracking down Nyamapanda-Harare highway are allowed entry into the country as refugees and should therefore be temporarily housed at Waterfalls Transit Camp before being transported to the main refugee camps such as Tongogara.
»It has come to government attention that after a while some of the refugees disappear and track down to South Africa but it is not clear whether they use designated or undesignated points,» said Minister Mohadi.
Turning to the influx of other foreign nationals in Zimbabwe, Minister Mohadi said anyone is free to come and work or invest in Zimbabwe as long as they hold the necessary documents or permits.
He said however, government is concerned that some relatives of some business people who would have been gr.

New York Times Pushes Blame on Conservative Writers Following Oslo Attacks
Has The New York Times shouldered any of the blame for injecting into the public square the possibility that Muslims were to blame for the recent terror bombing in Oslo? Of course, not! The newspaper has, however, attempted to foist some of the blame for the bombing upon conservative, «counter-jihad» writers including yours truly in the United States and Europe.
In case you missed it, the «Old Gray Lady» of newspapering note, I didn’t use the word «journalism» ran a piece Saturday which, on page two, including the following paragraph about who might be responsible for the deadly attacks at the Norwegian government building and on the island of Utoeya that, combined, left more than 100 dead:
Initial reports focused on the possibility of Islamic militants, in particular Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami, or Helpers of the Global Jihad, cited by some analysts as claiming responsibility for the attacks.American officials said the group was previously unknown and might not even exist.
The article ended with the following «insightful» commentary from John D.Cohen, principal deputy counterterrorism coordinator at the Department of Homeland Security:
«What happened in Norway,» Mr.Cohen said, «is a dramatic reminder that in trying to prevent attacks, we cannot focus on a single ideology.»

You’re searching for a label.Don’t.The process can’t be named.It’s invisible and yet all-powerful.It alters everything you say and do, yet nothing you say and do is part of it.
You can’t own the process.You can’t cling to it, any more than you could hold on to the smell of the ocean.The process happens entirely in the present.It’s here one second and gone the next.

Fitting Together the Summer Puzzle
